Pat Nolan

Pat Nolan is a student of animal behavior and learning. He is passionate about advancing the art and science of canine training.

Nolan trains non-line of sight surveillance and detection canines for specialized military and police units. He has worked in a variety of animal venues for over 40 years. In addition to a successful career in retriever field trials, Nolan has trained birds of prey for falconry, deer, dogs, and other animals for film and television.

Nolan is currently partnering with U.S. Army DEVCOM CBC and UPenn School of Veterinary Medicine Working Dog Center on several projects including research on COVID-19 detection canines.
