An agency or individual may cancel a paid Training Institute fee without penalty by giving CNCA written notice at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled starting date of the Training Institute. The exception is if “special law enforcement considerations” are provided for the attendee via emails or verbally and are confirmed between CNCA and attendee or Agency, for Training Institute participation.

If an Agency or individual cancels a paid Training Institute registration and requests a refund, without at least 2 business days notice prior to the starting date of the Training Institute, the Agency or individual will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.
