Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. An agency or individual may cancel a paid Conference fee without penalty by giving CNCA written notice at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled starting date of the Conference. The exception is if “special law enforcement considerations” are provided for the attendee via emails or verbally and are confirmed between CNCA and attendee or Agency, for Conference participation.
2. If an Agency or individual cancels a a paid Conference registration and requests a refund, without at least 2 business days notice prior to the starting date of the Conference, the Agency or individual will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. Please fax cancellations to 707.226.8219. Special Law Enforcement considerations will always be given when appropriate.
